Who We Are
Revive Ur Ride is an automotive restoration and electronics shop based in London, Ontario, Canada. This policy covers information collected through our website (reviveurride.ca), the MAFSync product ordering process, and our waitlist form.
What Information We Collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Contact form: Your name, email address, and any details you include in your message.
- MAFSync orders: Your name, email, shipping address, and engine/vehicle details — collected through Stripe at checkout.
- Waitlist signups: Your name, email, vehicle details, engine code, ECU type, and any notes you provide.
We do not collect payment card numbers directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and messages
- To fulfill and ship MAFSync orders
- To notify waitlist members when their engine platform becomes available
- To flash and prepare your specific MAFSync module before shipping
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data under their own policies:
- Stripe — payment processing and checkout (stripe.com/privacy)
- Hostinger Reach — email communications to waitlist and customers
- Stallion Express — shipping and order fulfillment
- Google Analytics — anonymous website traffic analysis
Data Retention
We keep your order and contact information for as long as reasonably needed for business and tax purposes, typically up to 7 years in line with Canadian tax requirements. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask to be removed or the product ships.
Your Rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing contact@reviveurride.ca. We'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics which sets cookies to track anonymous usage statistics. No personal information is collected through cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Overview
By purchasing a MAFSync kit or using any service provided by Revive Ur Ride, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before placing an order.
Emissions & Legal Compliance
MAFSync and all related products sold by Revive Ur Ride are intended strictly as aftermarket performance and restoration parts for off-road and competition use. These products have not been submitted for testing or approval by Environment Canada, the EPA, CARB, or any other emissions authority.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify legality in their jurisdiction and ensure their vehicle complies with all applicable highway and emissions laws before installation and use on public roads.
Limitation of Liability
Modification of vehicle electronics and engine management carries inherent risk. By purchasing or installing any Revive Ur Ride product, you agree to assume all associated risks. Revive Ur Ride, its owner, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage to your vehicle, engine, electrical systems, property, or persons arising from the installation, use, or misuse of our products.
Installation & Use
MAFSync is designed for straightforward installation, but we strongly recommend having a qualified automotive technician handle any modifications to engine management systems. Incorrect wiring or improper installation can cause engine or ECU damage.
We do not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or user error
- Neglected vehicle maintenance
- Use of incompatible sensors or hardware not supplied by us
- Modifications made to the MAFSync unit itself
Warranty
MAFSync units are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, incorrect installation, or use outside the intended application.
To make a warranty claim, email contact@reviveurride.ca with your order details and a description of the issue.
Orders & Lead Times
MAFSync is produced in batches. Orders are fulfilled approximately 4–6 weeks after a batch closes, plus shipping transit time. Lead times are estimates and may vary. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your unit ships.
Returns & Refunds
Because each MAFSync unit is built and flashed specifically for your engine, we cannot accept returns on units that have been installed or used. Unopened, uninstalled units may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. Contact us before returning anything.
Shop Services
For in-shop work (engine swaps, electrical diagnostics, bodywork), all estimates are subject to change upon further inspection. Custom and restoration work frequently uncovers hidden issues. We will communicate any scope or cost changes before proceeding. Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has begun.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
