BMW S38B36 ITB Rebuild
This project focused on restoring a set of individual throttle bodies (ITBs) from the iconic BMW E34 M5’s S38 engine. Over years of use, the throttles had built up wear, dirt, and carbon, affecting their precision and performance. We completely disassembled the ITBs, cleaned and inspected every component, replaced worn seals, and carefully reassembled them to factory specifications.
The result is a fresh set of throttle bodies, ready to deliver the crisp response and smooth airflow that the S38 is known for—helping preserve the performance heritage of this legendary M car.

BMW E10 2002 Suspension Restoration and Upgrade
For this BMW 2002, we went beyond simple suspension repairs and carried out a full restoration and upgrade. Both the front and rear subframes were pulled from the car, sandblasted, rebuilt, and refinished with fresh paint for durability. Every suspension component was inspected and restored, with worn parts replaced to bring back precise handling. To complement the rebuilt suspension, we also installed a larger brake upgrade for improved stopping power.
The result is a BMW 2002 that combines the classic driving feel with sharper handling and stronger brakes—restored underneath and ready for many more years on the road.
